Letters on demand to clients, creditors or other parties

With MAT, advice agencies can easily add and update standard letter templates. Attached to client records, the content of each individual letter can be edited by the worker and is then stored securely on our ISO-accredited UK cloud server. Batch-generation to recipients and single-click PDF download aid productivity and response time, and can significantly reduce disk and paper storage in local offices. MAT also allows agencies to develop multiple rolodexes, any of which can be linked to a letter template.
